There are three types of tickets that are priced according to change and refund rights: "Budget Ticket," "Standard Ticket," and "Flexible Ticket."

How to Buy Last Minute Tickets?

Passengers can buy their tickets up to 5 minutes before departure from the ticket offices at the departure station.

They can also buy tickets from other sales channels (internet, mobile, call center, etc.) up to 15 minutes before the train departs from the departure station.

Validities of Tickets on YHT and Mainline Trains

Tickets on YHT and mainline trains are valid for the date, departure time, wagon, and seat number they are sold for. They cannot be used on a different date and route.

Tickets for sales made to non-numbered wagons on mainline trains are valid for the date and route specified on the ticket. It is sufficient for the passenger to prove their ticket during inspections.

Validity of Regional Train Tickets

Regional train tickets are valid based on region, time, day, and specific train(s) depending on the travel distance.

Physical ticket presentation is mandatory for regional train travels.

Passengers cannot make any claim for unused regional train tickets within the validity period.

If the regional train ticket is a one-way ticket, it is valid on the day it was sold. If it is a round-trip ticket, the outward journey is valid on the day of purchase, and the return journey is valid on the following day.
